Description: This exclusive Brunello Riserva Vigna Paganelli is a cru of Sangiovese grapes from the oldest vineyard of the same name of the winery "I Paganelli", created in 1964. On this vineyard grow vines of the highest quality, which are selectively picked individually, only the best and ripest are selected for this wine. After manual harvesting, the must ferments on the mash for 20 days. The wine then spends 48 months in large 30 hectolitres and 50 hectolitres of French oak oak barrels, followed by two years of ageing in bottle. Only then can it be referred to as "Riserva".
