Do I need to provide identification upon delivery?

Yes. By law, all orders containing alcohol require an adult signature from someone 21 years of age or older. Valid government-issued photo ID must be presented to the courier at the time of delivery.

How long will it take for my order to arrive?

Standard shipping typically takes 3-5 business days depending on your location. We also offer expedited shipping options at checkout for those who need their spirits delivered sooner.

What is your return policy for damaged bottles?

If your order arrives damaged or leaking, please take a photo immediately and contact our customer service team within 24 hours. We will arrange for a replacement or a full refund for the damaged items.

Can I ship wine and spirits to any state?

Due to state regulations, we are only able to ship to specific states. Please enter your zip code at checkout to see if delivery is available in your area. We cannot ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses.

How should I store my wine after it arrives?

To maintain quality, we recommend storing your wine in a cool, dark place with a consistent temperature (ideally between 45-65°F). Bottles with natural corks should be stored on their sides to keep the cork moist.
