Description: Alastro takes its name from a wild flower that grows around our cellar "Planeta". It is a blend composed by Grecanico, joined to aromatic grapes, Grillo and Sauvignon Blanc. Its delicate structure recalls tropical fruits, fresh citrus fruits and white flowers. It praises the denomination Menfi DOC. The fermentation at 15° starts after the soft pressing and the static decanting of the juice. The aging on lees in inox tanks lasts for 6 months.
