Tasting Note by The Chaps at Master of Malt
Nose: Hints of buttery toffee and cinnamon on the nose. This develops with notes of black pepper, gingerbread, and allspice.
Palate: The palate offers up rich notes of cooked apple and allspice. Hints of nutmeg, honey, and a little toffee brittle.
Finish: Toffee and custard on the finish. Long and decadent.
