Langmeil - Three Gardens White 2022 75cl

Langmeil - Three Gardens White75cl

Winery: Langmeil

Grape Variety: Viognier, Marsanne Roussanne

Region: Barossa, Australia

Alcohol Content: 13%

Food Pairing: Perfectly pairs with Cheddar and Gruyere, veal rump, Gouda, Turbot poached with spinach mousse and Confit de canard with orange sauce.

Description: The Langmeil Three Gardens White is a contemporary Rhône style blend of Viognier, Marsanne and Roussanne; grape varieties which, whilst relatively new to Australia's Barossa Valley, show great promise. The best characteristics of each variety have been combined to create a truly harmonious wine. Partially aged in seasoned oak for seven months the Langmeil Three Gardens White displays citrus aromas alongside fresh peaches and apricot and lightly honeyed notes. On the palate the citrus and peach come together nicely for this medium bodied food-friendly wine with hints of oyster shell minerality, zest and a little spice flowing through to the finish.
