The expression is triple distilled, marrying both grain and malt whiskeys, which are then rested in first-fill bourbon casks. Nose: Toffee apple, with buttery croissant, a sprinkle of brown sugar, marmalade and white flowers.
Palate: Caramel milk chocolate, honeyed orchard fruit, white pepper and oaky vanilla.
Finish: Cinnamon-spiced pear with a good helping of floral honey.
