Food Pairing: Black berry fruits, meat and chocolate on a perfumed nose. Juicy, blackcurrant, blackberry and black cherry fruits, dense and meaty with good acidity and just a hint of oak. Lots of personality - think Crozes Hermitage crossed with a Barossa Shiraz- and worked perfectly with burgers.
