Aged in oak barrels, our Nebbiolo Piemonte Grappa comes from highly selected Piedmontese pomace which are distilled according to the traditional method of steam distillation. This soft and amber grappa is enriched by an enveloping and harmonious olfactory panorama characterised by sandalwood, morello cherry and spices scents. Aging gives this grappa richness and density.
