Planted adjacent to the winery, these 20-year-old vineyards are thriving, producing wine since 1996. Its vinification involves destemming, CO2 maceration on the skins, gentle pressing, static decantation, and fermentation in acacia barrels with selected yeasts, enhanced by daily bâtonnage until the end of fermentation. Malolactic fermentation is omitted, allowing it to mature in acacia barrels before being blended in stainless steel tanks, followed by bottling and maturation at a constant temperature of 14°C. This Viognier boasts a captivating bouquet of honey, white flowers, and citrus, offering a rich, enveloping palate balanced by exceptional freshness..
